"It’s a lovely place with stunning view, but there are several things the travelers need to consider: Narrow gravel road ( about half a mile). - need smaller vehicle, otherwise it’ll be difficult to navigate.Bathroom is on the second floor, you’ll need to take narrow spiral staircase to get there.Neighbors next door have a dog, who has a habit of loud barking at around 7:30-8 am.No AC."

"The hotel is somewhat dated, so it is best not to expect a luxury experience. That said, it is comfortable, well maintained, and provides everything needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights is the hotel's restaurant, which serves excellent food. However, be aware that it is closed on Mondays. Fortunately, just a five-minute drive away, you'll find Battibecco, an outstanding restaurant that is well worth a visit. The scenery is truly spectacular, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. After a full day of sightseeing in Florence, the pool is the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings."

"Words cannot begin to describe our stay at Cate’s family villa! We booked 2 nights for our micro wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived in Impruneta, Cate warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home.The villa is breathtaking, spacious, authentically Tuscan, peaceful, and surrounded by incredible views. The pool, gardens, and annex are gorgeous, with plenty of room for our group of 8. We also loved having local Prosecco, wine, and olive oil available throughout our stay.The wedding festivities were unforgettable. We booked the pizza class and chef dinner, and everyone went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Chef Nicola was warm, fun, and hands-on, even remembering we had never tried Grappa and bringing some for our family on our wedding night. Cecilia worked tirelessly coordinating vendors and setting up, and even brought me Prosecco while I was getting ready. Our florist, Catia, felt like an Italian nonna. She made the most beautiful flowers and helped me with my vows and veil before the ceremony.Planning a wedding from America can feel daunting, but Cate and her team made everything effortless. We could truly relax and trust them completely. Even our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.If you’re considering this villa, do not hesitate. The beauty, hospitality, and attention to detail make it unforgettable. Thank you, Cate and team, for the best time of our lives! We will absolutely be back!"
