"Nice rooms and nice rooftop - but the breakfast was very crowded and there was not sufficient staff to refill the buffet - especially very basic items like bread was empty. I made a request for birthday reservation for breakfast the staff said we will make it happen but in fact it didn't work out. In general a good hotel if you have no special requests and just need a nice room."

"It was our 2nd visit after last year! The hotel is an oasis in the middle of bustling Rome. Fantastic outdoor pool and indoor spa. Amazing breakfast and the night we dined in the restaurant was delicious and fantastic. They even sent us up a bottle of Prosecco when they found out it was my wife’s birthday. The staff were brilliant!!"

"Hotel Julia was a great stay, the staff was absolutely amazing with every question and concern they went above and beyond to help, shopping and dinning right outside the doors , it is a very old hotel but you are in Rome so expect everything in Rome to be old and resemble the area if you want high end stay that is more like LA hotel Julia is not for you if you want a clean place to sleep wonderful caring staff and everything walkable this is a gem we enjoyed our stay thank you to all the staff...

"I never leave reviews but I have to for this stay. This hotel is by far my favorite hotel anywhere. I read previous reviews that praised the staff and how accommodating and helpful they are. The reviews were right. Everyone we came into contact with at the hotel was wonderful. When our breakfast waiter found out we would have to miss breakfast due to an early tour time, he offered to have breakfast bags ready for us at 6:30 that morning to take with us that had pastries, juice and bottled water....

"Very nice hotel! Great rooftop patio also! This property was about a 25 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and 15 minutes from the Colosseum. Would definitely go back!"
