This is our second time and it is our favorite place in Epernay. The GM Kinsley always make our stay pleasant. Excellent place!!!!

My favorite hotel in champagne.

Great overall

Wonderful room, Staff was super nice. Breakfast was delicious, Parking was super easy. It was a lovely stay.

The staff were amazing and made our stay a great experience. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre excellent accueil !

My family loved this ancient chateau (medieval, with 17th and 18th century additions). The location was perfect, next to a little village with medieval church, artisanal bakery, and general grocery store for picnic supplies. Our room was huge, with a view over the moat, modernized bathroom, and even a small maid's room tucked up a tiny staircase. The breakfast in the main chateau was great, with local cheeses, jams, etc, and the dinner in the Orangerie was an experience worthy of a Michelin star...

Beautiful room, excuse, great champagne tasting, easy parking

It was a quick stay for us. I booked the hotel last minute and got there at around 8:30-9. Check in was a bit weird as there wasn’t anyone at the main entrance/desk/lobby so I called hotels.com to get me in touch with someone from the property. A young girl came out to give us the key. Unfortunately because of the language barrier I couldn’t understand much. She gave me keys and told me where breakfast would be served. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we left early the next morning. We parked...

Everything about La Villa Eugene was outstanding! The wonderful room and bathroom were very spacious and beautifully furnished. These attributes were exceeded by the warm and friendly staff who gave us exceptional service from arrival to departure. The location of the property is ideal, within walking distance of many of the champagne houses, including Moet and Chandon. Breakfast also was outstanding with a great selection including delicious croissant. The staff greeted us with fresh squeezed...

Staff was very welcoming and wonderful an and helpful, the room was clean and the location was excellent.

The staff was wonderful

It was a really nice stay - comfortable, welcoming, quiet and clean. There was an issue with a window closure in my room, the receptionist gave us a different room/an upgrade that had a coffee machine and a bottle of water. Thank you for your welcome! The hotel is very well taken care of, there's a small groccery store that sells local products and bread right next to the hotel and a secured parking.

Clean room, great staff, amazing food. You must also take the tour with lunch to truly enjoy the property!

Very friendly and helpfull staff

I loved this simple and quiet hotel. We were greeted kindly at the front door upon arrival and personally shown the room with it amenities. The location and surroundings were wonderful.

From the moment we arrived at Le Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, everything felt effortless and perfectly curated. The reception team was warm, attentive, and handled check-in with a level of ease that set the tone for the entire stay. The concierge service was exceptional, proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in elevating our experience beyond expectations. Our Garden Suite was simply stunning. Spacious, beautifully designed, and opening onto serene views that made every moment feel...

Everything was great and the walking distance to the main Champagne houses makes this hotel unbeatable
