"Unfortunately the house has seen better times, the flooring is in a bad state of of repair, sockets hanging of the walls and what looks like telephone cables loose and not connected, luckily we did not have young children with us otherwise I would have said unsafe. There was no heating or hot water in the property and whilst the host offered to get someone in on the 2nd night there was still no hot water which meant the family had to find alternatives. "I recently stayed at your 2-bedroom property in Sudbury, and I wanted to share my experience. The location was convenient, and the property itself was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and pots and pans, plus complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very good, which made it easy to stay connected. "The walkability is what made this place standout. We flew in from Gatwick, took the Express to Victoria Station, and then walked a couple of minutes to our hotel. We were able to walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace. And we were also able to walk to a bunch of affordable and not so affordable restaurants. Then to come back to a confortable room? The best stay! Highly recommend, especially as a tourist. "

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I chose it because of the area in which it is located. The location could not be better for those who like a bit of a local feel, since it is located in a residential part of the city. The room was well appointed with a view of the park. The breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Having said that, I would definitely stay there during my next trip to London."
