"The breakfast buffet was great. It was included and was a nice surprise. Nice staff. Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. Quite a distance from Zurich but doable with a taxi. This hotel was worth every penny. The apartment suites are amazing! Would definitely come back. "

"Prima volta in questa struttura per una notte dopo aver visitato Costanza e per proseguire alle cascate del Reno. E' una struttura che fa parte di un complesso anche museale (soggiornava Napoleone) e di scuola agraria. Bellissimo posto, vista magnifica sul lago e pace + tranquillità. Molto comodo anche il "self service per caffè, beveraggi vari aperto H24. Personale supergentile e professionale! Ci ritornero'."
"We have stayed in a few B&B hotels and they usually do not disappoint. St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels."

Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more...
