"It's an older property but my room was very clean and included a minifridge and microwave (that looked unused). The check-in clerk was very friendly and confirmed that my special request through hotels.com (I'm allergic to feather bedding) was accommodated without me asking. I reserved 2 nights but wanted to leave early, and when hotels.com called the property they quickly okayed the early checkout and refunded me for one night. Quiet and conveniently close to Columbus. No complaints."
