"The front desk staff is wonderfully helpful and courteous. Two times they helped us out to our taxi and helped us communicate with the taxi driver to make sure we got to our location. Traditional Chinese breakfast steps away from the hotel and shopping and restaurants all over. Great location and close to Taipei Station. "It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area.
