"It has to be said that the house and grounds are superb and Met my desire to have my friend wake up on her 80th birthday in palatial surroundings. However I have just been informed at the end of breakfast that it is not included in my Expedia booking! There is no warning of that whatsoever and I think that it is deceitful and deceptive. "

"Great location and helpful staff"

"Relatively quiet hotel with access to restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was good but limited selections to chose from."

"The hotel was great and well located for where we were going. The staff was lovely and very helpful. My only negative was that at the end of October the A/C was still on so the room was really cold in the morning. When we spoke to someone at the desk it was better the next day but the following day it was back to 17 degrees in the morning again"

"Steps away from Aldgate East Tube Station, Brick Lane restaurants, and Spitalfields Market. Lovely staff."

"Great to find a central London hotel with parking - very useful - nice room, bit cold, bar was poor value"

"Everyone was very helpful, the restaurant next door was nice and quick, and it was a great walking area"

"We enjoyed our stay. Great hospitality."

"The signature citizenM room design works perfectly for us, offering a smart, comfortable, and highly efficient use of space. Paired with an excellent location, it provided an ideal and highly convenient base for our stay"

"Easy self check-in. Clean environment, amazing stay."

"موقع الفندق ممتاز ، لكن الفندق لا بأس به"
