"Beautiful high end hotel with all the amenities customer service you would expect. As this was the 5th stop on our travels, our only regret is the Nusa Due area is a gated community of high end hotels and we no longer felt we were in Bali. It is an absolutely beautiful and pristine area if this is what you are looking for. Hotel supplied a shuttle to a pristine beach where they have an area just for hotel guests, and drinks and food are served as well. Additionally, they have a shuttle to take you to a higher end shopping area. If we go back to Nusa Due, we will certainly look at staying here again."

"Awesome resort for families. Pool is excellent and beach is right out front. Breakfast buffet and all food options were amazing. Kids club, outdoor gym and ice baths were also well received. Would definitely stay here again "

"This is a great spot! The only thing I’d change is that you have to go outside each time to let people in for cleaning and room service. They ring a bell, and you have to hear it and go let them in. This isn’t ideal for a five-star resort setup."

"Breakfast was the best, so much variety. We were upgraded to one bedroom suite, these rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Staff are very welcoming. Would highly recommend for families if wanting a quiet area to stay. We were a family of 10 with three rooms."

"This property is beautiful and so are the staff. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was. The grounds are very well kept with staff maintaining the gardens everyday. Breakfast is lovely and everything was so fresh. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and Bali Collection shopping centre. We also located nearby a mini mart do we could buy some extra drinks and snacks. Our flights were changed by our airline and it was no problem booking an extra night. We would definitely stay here again ."
