"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"Staying at James’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. James was a fantastic host: super responsive, friendly, and gave great local recommendations that really made our trip special.The location was perfect – close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet at night. "We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle."
