This hotel had only opened three weeks earlier when I visited, but it was already operating smoothly.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the front desk was great, we received multiple emails prior to our arrival with check in, property, and parking information. The property is located just a short walk from Cuba St. so there were tons of shopping and dining options located within walking distance. One thing to note is that you do have to walk up a short flight of stairs to enter the property, which was a bit tricky with heavy luggage,...

The property charged me for parking when i stayed for 3 days which is not acceptable

This property is located and attached to the Wellington International AirPort which is so convenient for early flights. The rooms are very spacious with an excellent range of bed and linens which are so comfortable.

Loved saying there! super quite and clean!!

The room had everything we needed and was clean. The hotel restaurant was very good and the staff were pleasant. The only complaint was the noise. Outside the window it sounded like loud construction all night long. Very disturbing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and thought it was an excellent location, and close to the car ferry dock to leave for the South Island in the AM.

Great location, conveniently situated, and very well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice place. Good central location. Room has cooking utensils and a stove top as well as a washer dryer machine combo which we had trouble figuring out to get the clothes dry. We really liked the room though.

Annalisa at the front desk was amazing and made our stay. A hot tub would be icing on the cake, but everything else was great.

Haka House was a fantastic place to stay. I was there for 10 days and enjoyed every day. The staff are incredible, especially Andreas, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Haka House, and will definitely stay there again when visiting Wellington again.
