"Our room required to be renovated like the previous numbered rooms"

"We were welcomed by a very friendly staff member who checked us in quickly. The room was very clean and very quiet. It was very hot during our visit and the lack of air conditioning was unfortunate but the hotel provided two fans. Air conditioning would be a bonus. The location was excellent."

"清潔な客室"

"This hotel was ok. Nothing special about it. Simple room, 2 double beds. It was walkable to train station for underground and Eurostar, about a 10-15 min walk. Some nice restaurants closer to station. It was a little dark for a hotel and staff was ok, not particularly friendly but ok to get by. Probably won’t stay here again, nothing really bad but nothing really great."

"Housekeeping was erratic, one day it didn’t come at all even though we had the “dear ice room” sign lit. Stocking of the minibar was also inconsistent."

"Location!"

"Juste ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour"

"I didn’t like the property- I LOVED Montague on the Gardens! Everything was wonderful from the homemade cookies welcoming me to my room to the Leopard Bar saxophone jazz evenings with cocktails and appetizers. I always received kind and respectful assistance from all staff members. I felt sad leaving after my lovely stay, but I shall return!"
