Other than weak wifi signal we truly enjoyed our three nights stay. It's a beautiful estate in a beautiful natural setting, a great place for relaxing and going around exploring the nature beauty. The restaurant is great with limited choices but everything is cooked at a fine dining quality.

Great hotel to stay. There is not porter or concierge service. Otherwise is a great place to stay.

Very comfortable stay. The beds were comfy. The location was very close to a lot of things. I didnt try the breakfast, but the food at ember was good. The staff were very helpful.

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to help us find public transport suitable to our needs. The room was spacious and quite. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which complicates traffic. Tons of restaurants within wañking distance. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel in kind of an Art Deco style in a nice area of Auckland. Not a far walk from the wharf and ferry building. It has a bar on premise with a free drink on arrival. The included continental breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, toasted muesli, Greek yogurt, bread basket and fresh OJ and coffee. Delightful. I was unwell, (I have MS),when we arrived and the staff got our room cleaned and ready by 11am as our flight from Christchuch got in at 9am. We ate breakfast, were allowed to use the gym, shower and store our luggage. Staff was amazing and fetched coffee for us as soon as we got down for breakfast the next day. The food was exceptional and our friends came for dinner the last night and it was perfect. My son-in law is vegan and we are vegetarian and the kitchen went out of their way to change...

This was my second time staying in this property and it is always a great experience. For international travelers like myself, they are very accommodating and make check-in a breeze. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The in-house restaurant is incredible especially their breakfast buffet! A great staff! a good gym and a spa tub that was nice and hot! the daily breakfasts were very good the room was kept clean every day and an easy walk to shops and restaurants if i return to Auckland i will definitely stay here again!
