"Everything about The Godfrey was fabulous. Our trip started with the very warm welcome we received on our arrival. All of the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and we were made to feel “special” every step of the way. The rooms and all the communal areas were spotlessly clean. The hotel is perfectly placed for accessing all the main sites in Boston. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel staff were fabulous, a big shout out to Danielle, Maria and Carlos...they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Danielle provided excellent information about the city and how best to get around. The hotel was in a great location and very clean. Rooms and bedding comfortable. The only con was the surprise fee of $20+ tax for amenities which was for water, apples and mints...none of which I wanted but nonetheless the cost was added on to our stay. I believe the fee should be removed or hidden - there should not be a surprise fee added on at check in, very unprofessional. "
