"Beautiful views of Tower Bridge right on the Thames. Lifts get slow and full during peak times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bars, beer garden, Underground stations, and more either on site or near by. "

"Small room but comfortable. Kettle with tea and coffee would be nice if provided especially for the price of the room. Room was spotlessly clean and modern with USB ports and TV which does chrome cast. This was great. Staff super helpful and friendly. Only one negative was the price on a Saturday night is high for such a small basic room."

"Good place to stay although I had asked for a quiet room and later in the day/early evening I could hear planes taking off when the airport changed the take off runway to the one closest to the hotel. In future I will ask for a room at the back of the hotel. I still had a good night’s rest. Check in was easy, staff were helpful. We were going to use the airport bus that stops at the hotel but there was a transfer van looking for customers when we left early in the morning so we used it and paid the same price as the bus. I would stay here again. "
