"They are in the process of remodeling this hotel and it is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and smelled new. The house keeping staff were top notch and the front desk people were willing to help us in any way. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they gave us complementary early check-in because a room was available. The best part about this hotel was the location. There are two tube stops within close walking distance and there are lots of souvenir shops and eating places only two blocks away. "

The rooms are small but that’s expected for any city accommodation! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time I am in London.
