"Excellent location. My only complaint was during check in one customer was upset about his reservation. All three staff members stopped to deal with this man, a member of management NEVER left the office to the left of the check in desk to provide help. The line of customers waiting to check in grew to over 15 with no one helping us. We waited over 30 minutes to check in. We tried self check in and it said we were not eligible for self check and we had to go to the check in desk. Management should have come out to handle the upset customer while the staff at the desk continued to check guests in. To have us wait in line for 30 minutes was unacceptable. "

"Stayed over night. Everybody was nice. Only thing that would have been better was if there were no charge for an early check in. They do offer a room to hold your belongings, but that’a not the same. Overall would definitely come back. "
