"room was clean and comfy. hot water took around 5 min to reach my room. wifi did not reach corner of my 10th fl room. by sink, a bottle of lotion was found, but no soap. elevator buttons needed to be repainted as it was difficult to see what floor to push elevators are also poorly lit. simple fixes in some cases. staff were friendly as I was more of a tourist on this trip, wifi was not essential. for others?"

"Although the location is a few blocks from Times Square, the walk is easy and relaxing. The facilities, staff, restaurant, bar and all the amenities were terrific. We will recommend it to friends!"
