"The front desk staff at HI-NYC is on 24/7 and is extremely helpful. I was able to switch my pre-booked reservation from a dormitory room to an available private room with no issues. The hostel is a short walk from the 1 subway station. My room was clean and spacious. Just note the building has an older elevator so give yourself extra time when checking out."

"The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out.
