"This is an old, basic hotel in Manhattan. We've stayed there several times and have always been pleased. Definitely not luxury but walking distance to some great restaurants, coffee shop across the street, reasonably priced, secure parking nearby. Room cleaned every day! Staff responsive to maintenance issues like malfunctioning toilet."

"Excellent location. My only complaint was during check in one customer was upset about his reservation. All three staff members stopped to deal with this man, a member of management NEVER left the office to the left of the check in desk to provide help. The line of customers waiting to check in grew to over 15 with no one helping us. We waited over 30 minutes to check in. We tried self check in and it said we were not eligible for self check and we had to go to the check in desk. Management should have come out to handle the upset customer while the staff at the desk continued to check guests in. To have us wait in line for 30 minutes was unacceptable. "

"It’s not inexpensive by any means, but this is a great hotel in the UWS. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean, sizable and had great bathroom amenities. Area is extremely walkable with many restaurants close by. "
