Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "I love this hotel but there is no elevator so getting luggage up and down the steps can present a problem. Also there is no air conditioning so when we visited last summer during the heat wave, it was uncomfortable. However, the staff helped us a lot. As we visit from the US we tend to have more luggage for our travels than most visitors from the UK."
