"The property has no immediate outside parking so you need to park with hazards on to unload then move to a car park 50m away. It is spread over numerous floors so not wheelchair friendly. "We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking."
