"I booked this property 5 months ago and on the day of arrival, the host told me we would be staying in a completely different property to the one booked due to a ‘double booking’. I felt this could have been communicated to me at the time of booking and not on the day I was due to arrive so alternative accommodation could’ve been sorted. I’m really disappointed and this experience has spoiled what should have been a relaxing weekend away with friends."

"This property is amazing, such a grand feel with character rooms (which were gigantic) it was the perfect house for our family get together allowing everyone to eat and socialize together!"

"The property is wonderful for a gathering of mixed generations. Close to the coast but not particularly necessary as the facilities on the property are fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, game’s room, two tv lounges, bbq, outdoor eating and fire area with log pile. Vast garden with lots of play areas….. what’s not to love…."

"Property is very quant and beautiful. Such a great atmosphere in the house. Large rooms, plenty of space and has something for everyone, we all loved the billiard table, Great location with plenty of parking, would recommend to anyone and would love to go back"

"House was clean but nothing was provided not even tea sugar salt and pepper! Only one towel per bed! Small house and not worth the price what we paid. Too much! "

"Home from home with fantastic grounds lots to do for all ages. Swimming pool was amazing the whole family spent hours outside and the teenagers weren't on their phones. We will be back next year hopefully"

"Could do with some updating. For instance who put the bathroom cabinet and mirror up. Need to stand on tips of toes to shave. Also the mirror in the twin room. Shower door needs new water seal along the bottom edge - looks as though never cleaned YUK! The settees are looking very tired with holes and internal stuffing showing. The electric fire in the lounge does not work. The lounge clock has stopped. Quite a few ants on the prowl but no ant powder? If you are going to provide a 'J Cloth' then...
