"Fantastic staff from check-in (slightly early with no additional charge/friendly & helpful), to wait staff, to check-out. Biggest negative was Bus Stop 15 does not exist anymore due to construction. IF it ever returns will be no earlier than 2027. "

"Nice hotel , clean and spacious . We had rooms on the 13th floor which I did pay extra for but it was worth it for the amazing view including the northern lights on the last night . We ate in the burger bar on one night food was good and staff are lovely. Really friendly reception staff. Location is right next to bus stop 12 so very easy for tour pick up especially at 8am when it is really cold . Beds are soft and comfortable. Overall a great city centre hotel. "

"Great hotel. Brilliant location within minutes of bars and restaurants. Clean and modern and friendly staff. Room was spacious and had kettle, fridge and hair dryer. Lovely views (room 602) across the city. Would definitely recommend."
