"We had a good stay here. Staff were lovely and it was a good location to explore flagstaff. They have a restaurant linked to them whcih served some good food. Room was comfortable enough and we had no issues. Would stay again."

"I am a frequent Margarittaville stayer....this had all the feel of one, but not the FLUFF. One can tell it was an older hotel redone. The breakfast was over priced at $29, it was all you can eat, but its breakfast. All the workers were amazing especially the bartenders at the Chill bar. I would stay here again, but i guess i was expecting more of a spread out resort feel. I came the week before Memorial Weekend....so a lot was "closed". But it would be over priced at the summer rates i saw....

"We stayed in the T area. The parking near the elevator was not great. There was only 6 spots available. We did use a luggage cart, which helped a lot. We had our 19 month old with us and we enjoyed our stay. Didnt get to enjoy the indoor pool because we were busy exploring the area. We did get to eat at the complimentary breakfast buffet both days and that was nice. "

"Great hotel and very clean. Hot tub smelled a bit off, and had a nasty foam on it. "

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Silver surf is always our go to choice when staying in San Simeon. Definitely best hotel in the area. We will be back!"
