The hotel was kept very clean! This area is perfect as it has easy accessibility to restaurants and public transportation. I did not have much trouble navigating the area as everything was so close by. I highly recommend.

Our stay was great, breakfast hit the spot, the room was comfortable and clean wifi was was fast and the staff was friendly

The thing that stood out for me at this hotel was the reception service and concierge service. Exceptional! We also enjoyed the modern room lighting, Japanese, toilet, rainforest shower, and many other lovely amenities. Dining at Bar George for breakfast and dinner was absolutely divine! We felt spoiled from beginning to end!

Need more personal article or toilette in the bathroom... like shower cap and tissues

Nice treat! Great service:)

We had booked the two-bedroom apartment for our family of four. It was just right and had a spacious balcony. Everything you need for your stay is provided including tea, coffee, salt and pepper. The 24-hour front desk is very convenient and is manned by knowledgeable staff. They do give you extra towels, bedsheets, pods for dishwasher and washer, if required. Awesome hotel in a great location. Dozens of restaurants to choose from a short walk away. Easy access to the train station and a Covid19 test facility. Room was excellent, bed was comfortable, shower was awesome. Great stay.

One of the most comfortable rooms I’ve stayed in! Great bed, great pillows, and wonderful shower! Very clean and neat and modern. Located right in the old town area and very walkable to many of the local points of interest. Nice large breakfast area. Laundry situation was funky, but no big deal.

A good hotel in a great area. I will recommend it to friends.

Huge and complete apartment in a great location. Good breakfast and cordial staff. The only complaint is the pillows - they’re awful. The guests deserve better ones.

This is our 3rd time going back because we love this location

Well managed hotel in ideal location. Staff are lovely and kind. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Parking is expensive, but it always is in a big city, so that's that. Fitness center is well maintained. Staff was very kind about an early check-in. Couldn't ask for a more convenient stay.

Probably one of the best hotels we have encountered on our travels for the last 5 years. Everything was outstanding.

The staff was super helpful, and the location was excellent. The property is pretty and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Stylish, right in Downtown.

Great location! Easy access and was upgraded.

Gotta try the restaurant in the building.

Have stayed here multiple times and it is Always a delightful experience
