The double room was large, with a luxurious bathroom and an adjoining workspace. Breakfast was not only ample but flexible; you could mix any combination of items you wanted. Daniella was helpful in making sure we had everything we wanted.

This was a beautiful facility and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is great if you are into country living, since it is a working farm about a five minute drive from the nearest town. Just be sure to ask for the correct postal code before going because the one given by Hotels.com is incorrect.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at The Langley Castle! The staff is fabulous, we definitely recommend taking the tour. Dinner was a work of art, the duck confit was unbelievably delicious. Breakfast was very tasty. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The Derwentwater Suite was a gem. Highly recommend this property and we will want to visit again!

Such a neat location! Wish we could have stayed longer. It was a rushed overnight in transit between sights. The host was so kind. Appreciated the clean room and the breakfast options.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Great, helpful staff. Close to bus station, restaurants, stores, boutiques, and four-FOUR charity shops! :) (Parking is confusing, however. Park in the nearby city lot in a space with WHITE borders-otherwise you may have to pay.)

I stayed here one night on my way down to the Lake District. The food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent as was service. (I particularly appreciated that they had gluten free bread available in the morning.) The room was very clean and charming with french doors opening to a private deck. Rye Hill Farm is a lovely place. The owner is a wonderful person. We were there only one night but would stay there again in a heart beat.

A very clean and comfortable place. The rooms were very nice and the beds quite comfortable. The bathrooms were up to date and there was plenty of hot water. The pub next door was very hand for a drink and breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff.

This was such a cute little apartment. It is attached to the Milecastle Pub, which has very delicious food. A portion of Hadrian’s Wall is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

I mean, Northumberland is a beautiful place, and this property was no less beautiful. It is the most eco-conscious hotel we've ever stayed in, with it's own garden, solar panels. and I believe a rain catcher? There's so much wildlife in the area, bird feeders and cats roaming around. We got lucky and there was a bit of clear sky our second night, so we headed to the observatory and got to spots some stars since it's in a Dark Sky Park.
