"This hotel is good if you only plan to sleep and not stay in much. Bed sheets were ripped, drain was stinking. Towel in the room was dirty, I left it at reception before we went out and I came to collect one in the afternoon. I was given the same dirty yellow stained towel. Staff were okay but you have to talk to a camera to get them to come to you "

"Excellent location next to metro lines and a bus terminal. Metro to Centraal Station only takes 5-10 minutes. Hotel is very clean and modern, with the beds being extremely comfy! Would definitely this hotel for anyone staying in Amsterdam."

"From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Ricardo, Jayline, Vobina, and Rene were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Each of them brought a warm, welcoming energy that made me feel right at home. A special mention goes to Rene, who truly stood out. He was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but his kindness and genuine care made a lasting impression. He took the time to ensure everything was perfect during my stay, and you could tell he takes great pride in his work. It's rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with such a personal touch, Rene absolutely nailed it. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant, and even the manager made the experience more delightful by warmly greeting me with a smile and engaging conversation. It set the tone from the very beginning, and the great service continued consistently throughout my stay. I honestly can’t wait to return. "The Plaza is in a great location, 150m from the Almere train station. Very easy to commute in and around Amsterdam from here. Almere has a great commercial area with shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and tidy with a restaurant on site. We would recommend for anyone wanting to be just out of the business of Amsterdam. "

"Despite it being a bit off the grid and housekeeping a bit off! I had a wonderful stay! It’s actually situated in an up and coming area, close to Central- by 10-15 min walk! Staff super friendly…( especially Karen who works the 11-7 shift!) and helpful! They immediately addressed my issues! 😊"
