The only issue we had was that our room was right under the HVAC units so the noise was irritating (when we checked in they weren’t running) and made it hard to sleep restfully. We were there for the night. When I told them the next morning at checkout, they did offer us free breakfast, which I appreciated. "

"We have always had such bad luck with hotels, but we were so incredibly pleased with how smooth this entire stay was. The staff was responsive, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was relaxing, and the breakfast was a huge win for my family. "Loved the villa and it was SO CLEAN. The staff were great. We enjoyed the pool, mini golf and playing horseshoes! It was really close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. "

"All the staff at the hotel were super kind and courteous. The room was clean the beds were comfortable. The only drawbacks were the hotel was old so the AC was loud and the AC fan was broken. We also had a few moments of weed smell from the bathroom vents. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to blow it away."

"It was gross. The hotel was sketchy with a weird man hanging around the front of the hotel. The bathtub was rusted and chipping. The pillows smelled like urine which made my hair stink and to make it all worse there was no late check out and the property manager literally waited outside my door as I was trying to get my things and leaves. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The whole experience was horrible. "
