"The staff was friendly and tried to help. The room had no extra blankets and it was chilly. The bathroom was not clean. The towels were paper thin - no showering for me, spent $30 for gym day pass to shower. There was a loud disturbance n the parking lot for most of the night. Staff claimed they couldn’t call police before ten. I called police who arrived around midnight. The guy stayed in his car playing softer music but was just there in. The parking lot being creepy.
