"We just returned from our stay in Hawaii. We loved the location of this condo - not in a touristy area. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us after we arrived. We had no issue with security/parking when we arrived. I visited the office to check in the following day. "The rooms are spacious which is great with a family of 5. We received a room with an amazing view of diamond peak, and the beach. It was quiet in the rooms, a little hectic in the lobby area due to senior week. Having beach chairs and toys available for use was awesome. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was good. Lobby coffee for early risers unable to use in room coffee in fear of waking up their little ones isn’t available much earlier than breakfast hours which was a bummer. Having to go to the lobby for towels then back up to 3 for the pool also not convenient, especially during peak hours when you can wait a while for an elevator."

"Clean, basic hotel close to airport. When we arrived, we couldn't get an answer from rhe shuttle line so paid $20 for a taxi. Very good quality sushi restaurant/takeaway (Mitch's Fish Market - BYO only) 10 mins walk away, but otherwise no obvious dining options in this industrial area next to the base. Breakfast was limited cafeteria style but ok for us. Morning shuttle runs top of the hour and worked well - just be in reception when it leaves."

"If we went back to Hawaii 10 times, we would use this hotel every time. It was so beautiful inside and so unique, we didn’t see anything else like it anywhere else in our travels. All the staff were so friendly and easy-going. They all had the aloha spirit. We took some of that aloha spirit with us back home. I hope it doesn’t wear off anytime soon."
