"Nice place liked to stay"

"I was visiting Winnipeg with my father for a funeral. We wanted to be able to cook some of our own meals and have places to walk to.The neighborhood was great, nice walks, including to basic shopping - a small east Indian grocery store and other amenities were close by. The people we met while walking were lovely, the neighborhood is multi cultural - which we love!The place itself seems like a fairly new place and is sparsely furnished, the kitchen had minimal possibilities for cooking - no...
