"We were stuck in the storm and had no options, ended up here without realizing it was a time-share property. Felt pretty out of place & pressure to attend their time share introductions. There were so many hidden fees in parking etc that rocketed the price. Pretty tough end to already awful travel."

"Stayed here overnight. There was no body wash in the shower dispenser, no bar soap to wash hands at the sink, there was a dirty handtowel left in the shower from a previous stay. The air conditioner was not working. Always a challenge to find parking. Not a great experience this time unfortunately."

"I booked this room and Expedia said that it was an all in price nothing hidden. When I got there, I was charged $25 for amenity fees. Expedia advertised that it had a pool a sauna a workout room and many other things. They said it was an all in price. Why was I charged $25 for amenities?"

"I did not use any amenities. I just wish that I did not have to pay for them. We enjoyed our privite hot tub. We come from New York to relax my I donated a kidney to my husband and he can't use public pools etc. So i wish we could decline them. We really enjoy our private hot tub. Thank you for that🙏"

"The suite was perfect for our group . It was very clean . Everyone was very friendly . Lots of activities . Movie theater and my kids love gartorlabd show . Construction going and too noisy hard to relax by the pool . "

"The breakfast menu wasn't that bad. Not a lot of variety but it helped. The rooms weren't all that clean, there was a particular smell of old when entering the room. The shower floor was stained as well. During the last day in our stay, there was a power outage and the ACs and elevators stopped working, had to carry the luggage down 3 floors. "
