"Great location, beautiful spacious apartment, comfortable beds/space. It was well appointed with kitchen items, bathroom, and laundry. The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night. "We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror"

"Facility is nice, especially the pool area. Love that there is a bar by the pool. However, when we checked in around 9:30pm on the first night of our stay, our room wasn’t ready yet. Extremely frustrating to not be able to check into your room so late in the night when check-in started at 4:30. I totally understand they’re busy, but not having a room ready 5 hours past the start of check-in is unacceptable. Otherwise, the stay was good."

"The amenities were so many that our boys wanted to get back to play putt putt, pickleball and the pools. We had a couple of issues. The refrigerator ice maker was slow but they brought us a bag of ice. The dishwasher sprewed water out on Day 3 but they came right away. One of the many pools were closed. Not updated, but I don't care about that sort of thing. We were well pleased with the staff and how they took care of us. Problems happen. That's life. It's how the staff responded to the few issues. We would definitely stay with them again. Oh , I forgot to mention they have movie nights by the pool. Great place to vacation with 4 generations. We had a 3 bedroom condo. It worked for 8 of us. We thank God for allowing us to find this place. And an amazing God story. My husband and I are going to Costa Rica this summer and I prayed and asked God to lead me to a Missionary there. Well we met a missionary in the lobby at their check in who is a missionary in Costa Rica. God is real. Anyway, Great location! "
