"The suite was dirty and smelled slightly moldy. The master bedroom toilet had an issue when flushed the tank kept filling. The water was shut off one day. And the next day the internet and phone service was off. The one bedroom suites air-conditioning was not working. They kept us in the same room for 1 more night after being aware that the ac wasn't working on the second night i literally had to request tobe change on the second night because they planned on leaving us another night at 78 degrees even with the balcony door.which we shouldn't have to leave the doors open to get fresh air."

"This hotel feels like it was in its hey day in the 1990s and has never received an upgrade. Room was clean, pool looked nice enough but I didn’t use it. Wouldn’t not be my first choice to book again but it served its purpose."

"Looked for a last minute hotel close to Disney and cheap to spend a few days at before we headed out of state and this place didn’t disappoint. The room was stitch themed which was a surprise that both my kids and I loved. It was clean, beds were super comfy, and the pool and playground areas were great. We didn’t spend much time there, but the time we did spend was great! I will definitely stay there again! "

" Poked the room at 12:10 am on the 8th and it said “today’s booking” checked to hotel and was refused at 12:30 am as the room reservation was only for that day but after 15:00 check-in! Ask to allow us for clerical internet error to stay bit got refused and had to book another room direct with the hotel. NO REFUND NO NOTHING- good way to treat a loyal client. Shame!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Full size fridge and washer and dryer in the unit were convenient. Pools were warm and clean. Hot tubs were great for relaxing after long days at the parks. Within a half hour of the airport and all major attractions. Located on 192 with plenty of dining and shopping options."
