"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. "The flat is clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen and bathroom is a bit outdated, but are fully functional. It literally has everything! I did not give 5 stars due to its location. Yes, it is closed to London bridge on the map, but took quite a walk to the closed public transport or grocery store (15-20min). "

"I stayed here and all I can say is this: the room is comfortable, nothing spectacular. The worst thing is sharing the bathroom. In the mornings and evenings, I had to wait and watch for people coming out of the bathroom so I could do my business and shower. The good thing is that it's centrally located and has an excellent 24-hour bus and trains service."
