"Always enjoy our trips to the Celtic Manor. A fantastic hotel / resort. Superb facilities for all the family, whilst also very relaxing as a couple. Superb room. We went for Signature King Room which was certainly worth the extra £20 for all the extras we got on what is in essence their executive children free floor (6th floor) with use of the Signature Lounge. We would certainly look to do this in future. "

In the morning we choose to try breakfast service and omg we was no disappointed. lovely women name Regina welcomed us in most possible amazing way wow. "My husband and myself were happy with our stay but were surprised that both bathrooms were designed for disabled guests when they were not requested. The showers, in particular, were difficult. Also, neither of us were able to have our first choice on the evening menu. However, all the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. "

"The hotel is a little tired but it is spotlessly clean & the location & ease of walking to Cardiff Bay restaurants is great. In addition, what makes the hotel excellent is the staff. Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. Great hotel - would definitely recommend! "
