However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. "Amazing size room, lovely big bed. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided. Bathroom a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. I was on the ground floor and the noise from the room above was loud (thin ceilings?) when they were getting ready to go out in the evening, and again in the morning. Lovely leisure facilities."
