"Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. "

"The condo was lovely and right on the beach. The balcony was private with a stunning view. Not a lot of restaurants or grocery stores in this area so recommend grocery shopping before arriving if possible. Overall was a quiet, safe, relaxing, clean, and beautiful place and we very much enjoyed our stay. "

"We’ve had our eye on this high-demand condo in Residencias Reef for years and when a week opened up to rent it, I snatched it up. It did not disappoint! Free purified drinking water, plenty of beach towels, daily maid service, gorgeous view of the pool and the ocean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning, two full baths, cups to take to the beach, etc, etc, etc! Love the owner too, very helpful and responsive to texts about any questions we had."
