"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We used Happy Shuttle from Cancun airport and they were great (like having personal tour guides). The building concierge was also super helpful. We booked a golf cart and a trip to the monkey sanctuary through him. The apartment is just spectacular. Super clean with beautiful finishing. The beds were so comfortable. Air conditioning and fans were great. Bathrooms and kitchen immaculate. Views were unbelievable....

"Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. "

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."

"We rented a ground floor, beachfront, one-bedroom unit for a week in Feb ‘25. Best winter vacation decision we ever made! The hotel has it all: one and two bed units with kitchen and living room as well as smaller hotel rooms. Beach bar and restaurant on site. Tour arrangements available. High marks to Tony who helped resolve our rental car problems. We loved our vaca there!!"
