"Stay 5 nights in this hotel, staff service is great, they speak Spanish and English both, check in service very smooth and easy, after you book the hotel, they do send your complimentary airport shuttle booking link that you can fill it up, and you receive the voucher shortly. From cancun international airport to the hotel is about 1hour drive, room is very clean, and they do have kitchen in the room. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am everyday, very close the Xscaret park and Playa de carmen downtown, about 6-10mins drive, taxi easy to book, there is also a grocery store SORIANA and Starbucks close by, which about 6mins walk. They also have a MTS tour desk in the lobby from 8am to 4pm, that you can also book the day trip if you want visit chichen itza, Tulum, Xscaret park etc. Overall is good."

"My only two complains were testing of the fire alarm during early morning (5-6 am) and the VERY LOUD room A/C. It worked like a charm, but the loud thunder noice it emitted when it kicked on kept waking me up. I wish there was some kind of white noise to muffle it. "
