"Best hotel "

"We had an amazing time. Everything was above expectations. The transportation system was amazing along with the people who drove the buses. Our room clean beds were so comfortable I wanted to take them home. I wish we stayed two more days to enjoy and explore the hotel activities, they looked amazing. The only thing I was disappointed with was restaurant reservations, I was told we could make them when we arrived, it later found out I should had made them prior, the nice restaurants were booked. It the restaurants we did go to were great. "

"Staff was wonderful! Buffet was really good....changed up throughout our stay. was AMAZING to see all the "wildlife" monkeys, deer, birds, lizards, iguanas and so much more. Excaret Park was a wonderful add in....although the site says it is a 15 min walk from the hotel...that is not true...maybe 6, really close! SHOUT OUT to Perla at the concierge desk she was so personable, friendly and very helpful"

"In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip. Each and everything about our stay was wonderfully executed. We are very big about food and this resort did not disappoint. There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos and nachos to full gourmet restaurants. The chefs did not disappoint, and the service and bar staff were able to up the tier that much more. Antonio and Alfonso were our favourites! They always went above and beyond for us. There are so many notes that help to make the stay at the resort homie and comfortable - providing the name of our specific room cleaner and rooms bar staff were nice touches to make it more comfy. We loved that despite being a job, the staff in each and every department seem genuinely happy to be there and to see each guest. No matter where you go you’re greeted along the way. We just wanted to say thank you genuinely to all of the dedicated staff at El Dorado Seaside for truly making and inviting us to a welcoming and potential second home. "
