"The resort is super clean and very family oriented! Our kids loved the kids club and water park. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. However, It's unfortunate what has happened to their beach and all the seaweed present. We did not like the view of the large sand blocks in the water, it's hard to avoid seeing sitting on the beach. We do wish that there were shows at night white there wasn't anything to do after dinner other than walk around or go back to the room. "

"We had a great experience at Secrets Tulum. The room was impeccable and the service was top notch. We enjoyed the spa services, especially the hydrotherapy session. I would give the food 8/10, our favorite restaurants were Jasmine and Portofino. This resort's atmosphere was all about the chill vibes and relaxation; we loved evey minute of it. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. "

"Overall Impression: A beautiful stay marked by exceptional dining experiences and a few service inconsistencies. Dining Excellence: Helios was the consistent star of our trip for breakfast (the chia seed pudding is a must-try) and dinner. A special shout-out to Chef Sabine and Manuel for making our anniversary dinner magical with personalized decorations. Entertainment: Chic Cabaret is a world-class experience. Sonia provided excellent service through a spectacular 7-course meal. The anniversary shout-out from the MC was a fantastic touch. Lunch buffet at La Hacienda and La Laguna were great. Leisure & Relaxation: The Zentropia Spa facilities (sauna/hot tub) were top-notch. We also thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool and the Palladium Travel Club Bali beds for a more exclusive beach vibe. Standout Staff: Ricardo (Tentazione), Renner (Poseidon), Manuel (La Paisana), Ruben (Capricho) provided great service. Ramon (Butler): Efficiently handled our off-site logistics. Gustavo and Alexis(Butler): Onsite reservations/transport/services par excellence Room & Property Observations The Room: Generally good, though the AC runs quite cold. We initially noticed some cobwebs, but maintenance cleared them immediately. Shower Tip: We noticed water seeping onto the floor during showers; switching to the rainshower head seemed to resolve the pressure/splash issue."

Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more… Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best! The boat driver was top notch, the same with waiters and cleaning crew (our chocolate fairy god mother), thanks to all, we will definitely return! "
