"Even though advertised as with a pool inside and outside this appeared to be seperately paid for approx EUR20,- per person. Furthermore the location is really good. Most Tokyo hotspots can easily be reached. Airco was below standard"

"Beware of the hill leading up to the entrance from Shinagawa station - it's not like SF hill, but, if you have luggage, understand that there is a walk, which your map app will show you and that much of that is an incline. (I saw quite a few other tourists trudging up the hill huffing and puffing wondering where the entrance was. The hotel has a beautiful buffet breakfast (and 2 other restaurant choices) so opt into the Breakfast included option. The property is clean, the lobby is spacious...
"Everything was great at the hotel. The only thing that was disappointing was half the breakfast menu was “out of stock” for 3 out of the 5 days I was there. The stay was great tho and the food was good!"
