"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Richmond Hotel Asakusa – Highly Recommended! Our family recently stayed at Richmond Hotel Asakusa during our trip to Tokyo, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning to visit Tokyo, especially the beautiful Asakusa area, I highly recommend staying here. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is just a short walk from Senso-ji Temple, Nakamise Shopping Street, Don Quijote, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and train stations. We loved being able to explore the area both during the day and at night. The neighborhood is lively but still feels safe and relaxing for families. The staff were exceptional. Every employee we met was friendly, polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with the language barrier, they made every effort to assist us with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything was well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the amenities we needed were provided. After long days of sightseeing around Tokyo, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable and peaceful room. One thing we really appreciated was how family-friendly the hotel is. Traveling"

"This hotel is in a prime location in Asakusa. Walking distance from Senso-ji, local shops and restaurants. When coming to Onyado Nono Asakusa, you’ll get the full japanese experience. From the room futon bedding and matching hotel pyjamas, to the fantastic onsen and cold snacks, the japanese breakfast options and the late night ramens. The staff was very courteous and polite at all times. However to ease communication, I strongly recommend to upload a translation app as some staff seems to only be able communicate in japanese. Despite the small communication challenges, I still recommend this hotel for an authentic experience. 10/10."

"Very clean and nice hotel with a great view. Staff very attentive and helpful. The staff assigned to the elevator area were very helpful in directing people traffic and always quick to offer a cheerful greeting. The staff in the porte cochere area were very friendly and helpful with assisting guests out of their vehicle and assisting guests in obtaining a taxi. The staff at the lobby restaurant was very courteous and accommodating. The server on our last day ensured that we got to eat our favorite dessert ! She remembered because since we ordered on our first day there and we just loved it! After that, each time we ordered it they ran out. But on the last day, she asked us if we wanted to order it. And she said that it was available!!! We were so HAPPY!!! GREAT HOTEL & GREAT STAFF !!!"
