"The place is lovely and way bigger than every other hotel we looked before, the bathroom is super spacious and loved the shower/tub setting. It was super clean and the hotel provided clear instructions and super helpful tips on how to go around the city and how to get there easily. Super quiet and great to have a nice sleep and recuperate for the busy days and lots of walking we did every day. Having a washer in the room was a plus, and if in a rush, a full laundry was around the corner. "

"Excellent hotel with an amazing view! The staff and service were exceptional, they literally ran to the front door to open it for us even though it was a motion sensor automatic door. I don't think I ever called my own elevator in the lobby, staff was always ahead of me. When it was raining they had umbrellas held out for us and when we came back they had plastic bags open and ready to put wet umbrellas into. Our room on the 20th floor had an incredible view of Sensoji Temple and the Sky Tree, especially at night. It was a comfortable and larger than average room for Tokyo. It had an empty mini fridge that was great for keeping some cold drinks in. The location was also perfect. Easy walking to Sensoji, many restaurants, easy access to multiple subway lines. Just a couple of stops away from Akihabara and Tokyo National Museum, so a great place to stay for exploring the eastern side of Tokyo. One fun and unexpected bonus was that the hotel offered a free Geisha show the night we arrived. They made a reservation for us as we checked in and it was a really fun experience. It looks like they have similar shows/events about once a week, definitely worth checking out!"

"Loved the family atmosphere, Japanese breakfast, ramen snack at night, clean rooms, free popsicles, AND MASSAGE CHAIRS were amazing! Unfortunately I couldn’t use the onsen because if tattoos but many persons young and old were utilizing them. Customer service of the staff was 10/10. Hotel is very close to many of the POIs Asukasa had to offer. My only issue was the dryers taking long to dry clothes, so guests were lined up to do their drying late into the night. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Pre-check-in helped save us so much time when we got onto the property from a 13 hr flight. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Our room included two twin beds, three futons, small top stove burner, refrigerator, microwave, toaster over, W/D, vacuum cleaner, rice cooker, hot water maker pitcher, cooking utensils, silverware, and two knives. Oh there were house slippers in the room too with a shoe rack. There were extra umbrellas downstairs in the lobby for guests in case you needed one too. They were prompt at providing attention to our requests (example: extra towels, sheets, toilet paper, trash bags). The washer and dryer combo was unique and took upto 4.5 hrs to complete a large load. It has a small capacity so you can’t put too much in there or your clothes will be really wrinkly. We had a good view from the top floor. Very quiet streets with some stores and residences. Convenient location to train stations and grocery stores (about an 10 min walk). Overall I would definitely stay here again when I am here in Asakusa."

"The rooms were deeply cleaned atleast twice a week but refreshed and clean basically everyday. There was a laundry room so you can wash some clothes and the detergent was even included. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we had to make a few more stops after checking out but it was too early to for our airport shuttle they even held the luggage there for us. 10/10 would definitely stay again!!!!"

"We were blown away at how big the room was! We had a corner unit with excellent views of Tokyo Sky Tree and Senso-Ji! Everything was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! We were also able to extend our check out because of a delayed flight. That made our travel situation so much easier! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"The location was prime!! Near desirable temples and shrines, shopping, food and the trains. The room was small for 5 people but we managed. The staff was great and helped us when our room had issues opening the door. The neighbor was quiet (which is a HUGE Plus in Tokyo). If you are a cozy travel group, looking to stay outside of busy Tokyo and are willing to explore the streets and take a train the. This is the place for you ❤️"
