"The place is lovely and way bigger than every other hotel we looked before, the bathroom is super spacious and loved the shower/tub setting. It was super clean and the hotel provided clear instructions and super helpful tips on how to go around the city and how to get there easily. "Perfect for your family it comes with the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and most of all the laundry and some soap. I liked how it was spacious for my family of four one child. I would definitely come back. There is a family Mart across the street, Pizza Hut, a grocery store five minute walk, and other convenience stores. The only thing to keep in mind to it its self check in so there is no receptionist, but there is a live chat phone if you need questions at the front desk. Also to keep in mind is that the train is a bit of a walk a 10 to 15 minute walk which is the Hibiya and Ginza line."

"Room is good size, location is excellent for shopping and heritage. Onsen is great, breakfast is superb. Only downside is parking is not available on site. Plenty parking spot, but all were blocked off. On weekends side street can be blocked for pedestrian only, could be confusing if you arrive by car."

"The bed takes up the majority of the room but there is room to store luggage under the bed. The bed was thin and not very comfortable, but air conditioning was a relief. Bathroom is surprisingly large and everything was nice and clean but there did appear to be mould on the bathroom ceiling. Excellent location makes it worth the price, but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a few days. The luggage storage room was also incredibly useful but the lock system was a bit frustrating to work."
