"Room was updated and comfortable, air conditioning was working properly. Thr baloney was spacious and had a couch -so nice! The food was the best I have a had at an all inclusive. Not sure it was because we went in July but, we didn't need reservations at the restaurants which we loved. The activities during the day were fun. However, the nightlife was almost non existent. The beach was not able to be used due the sargassum but, we knew this going that it would be very unlikely we would be able...

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool had several fun activities that kept my teenage son entertained. The balcony was excellent, especially like the drying rack. The staff was polite and helpful. Definitely coming back."

"Most restaurants closed at 3pm. The staff sends you away. Not inclusive as some liquors and wines only available for purchase. Buyer beware from Expedia. Resort credits of $400 is only if you spend $100 then off $25 so you’ll need to spend thousands to get the full $400 credit. I was supposed to get a wine bottle each day and that was not done either. And many of the restaurant s did not have the wine available from the limited selection. Mediocre food - do your research!"
