"Very few laundry machines and runs for 1-2 hours per cycle. WE skipped doing laundry during our stay. Rooms are nice and clean and amazing friendly staff. Perfect room for the budget or short stay. Will recommend to get the bigger rooms for longer stay. "

"Staff was very polite and helpful, check in was smooth as well. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was really good here. The only big thing that sucked is that no tattoos were allowed in the Onsen, but that’s most hotels in Japan😂 they did offer if the tattoos were small enough that you can buy patches from them. Other then that the hotel was great."

"Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. Having travelled round Japan and stayed at some lovely hotels this was by far the worst. Despite good reviews we had seen I would not recommend this. We booked a double room but the bed was not even big enough for a child and wasn’t a double. We had to pay to upgrade to what was a slightly better room. Although every time you went to the bathroom in the night the lighting the room automatically and on. The luggage storage was tiny and hard to get too. The breakfast was very average. The omelette you had to put a number in for and I asked for it to be cooked more 15 mins later after repeatedly getting up to see if it was ready and I had eaten the rest of the breakfast it wasn’t cooked and was cold. Awful system and not relaxing. We had to ask for food to be replenished and the tables were just left without being cleared. Poor service and poor hotel from start to finish. "

"Okay sized room for Japan. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely and quiet area near the river and transport options. Communal hallways needed cleaning and tidying up. "
