"We were here for a family vacation and it’s a great place for both families with kids and adults. The rooms are clean but we did see a few mosquitos (which i understand) but it was just annoying because with babies and mosquito bites. The restaurants are ok, plan to arrive early because they do stop taking more People even though they close late. The breakfast buffet every day was amazing. "

"We are never disappointed when we vacation here and we always stay 9+ nights. Good variety of foods and restaurants to pick from , amazing beach views. What really makes our stay the best though is Antonia from the morning breakfast buffet at La Baja California. She truly is amazing and we look forward to going to breakfast every day and her serving us. She never let my drink glass be empty, she would have a water on the way before I was even finished."

"We stayed at the Krystal Grand last week, it was amazing. We booked the Altitude package and it was so worth it. Joel our butler was so helpful, he made our whole experience so easy and wonderful, coordinating dinners, sharing information on activities and arranging amenities. The rooms were a good size with great views and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the resort were all amazing, offering great customer service. We only went to the adult pool and could get loungers no problem. However the loungers could use an upgrade, the cushions were a bit uncomfortable. The restaurants at the hotel were also great, we didn’t have a single bad meal. Breakfast at The Grill was our favourite. Overall, this is a great hotel with wonderful staff and we would stay there again! "

"Everything about this resort was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the cleanliness was top tier. I’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this resort has them beat. Not to mention the food was amazing!"
