"Clean and safe, nothing grand, cold shower 5 out of 7 days although I got up early to accommodate hot water schedule, never more than lukewarm, no sink in second bath. The scariest thing for an American is they made us pay for damage to a cable out in the parking area on the street allegedly done by a fellow who stopped by to give us an estimate. No one actually saw him break the cable, but since he would not pay they took it out of our cash deposit, claiming I signed away my rights in the...
