This Parkhotel was one of the nicest stays we had during our two week trip to Europe. It’s located right across from tons of public transportation options, or you can park your car in the neighboring garage for about €10/ night. Short trip to Bonn or Cologne with a select offerings in Euskirchen as well. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. The front desk staff (one young lady in particular) went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even had a minor fiasco with our passports and she let us...

Close to CGN airport, wonderful hotel and lovely rooms. Airport shuttle and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service

The hotel offered the very best experience for my family. We stayed 16 days—the whole staff was the epitome of true professionals especially Stefan, Ratna, Maria, David, Stella & others in the restaurant; not to forget the chefs, who work behind the scenes to create nutritious food, Carl & his house-keeping team ensured our room was very well maintained; the front desk (too many to name) went above & beyond daily—everyone made an effort too recognize us daily & ask if there was anything they...

Rooms were Clean, Very comfortable and staff was amazing.

Amazing staff and great service! Clean room and great customer service provided by staffs. Special thanks to the night staff, Johnny! He has exceptional customer service attributes and connected to guests in a very friendly manner.

Close to train station and walkable to most tourist sites

Fantastic room, very clean and up-to-date. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff could use a little personality, but maybe that was just because it was the holiday season. I would definitely stay here again!

We like it

Clean and comfortable room across the street from the magnificent cathedral. Easy walking to restaurants, cafes and stores. Perfect for anyone arriving by train and wanting to be in the old town area.

We stayed in Cologne for two days, and we needed somewhere to sleep and park our car while we roamed the city on foot or public transport. The Ameron was an excellent choice. Easy to find by car, and right next to the tram station, with just 5 stops away from the city center. The hotel serves a very nice German breakfast, and the staff at the reception were very helpful with some tourist tips and information. This is now definitely my go-to hotel for my next visit to Cologne.

Super chic, room is well thought out for layout and nice view of the Church of St.Ursula. Also located in central area close to Koln Trainstation.

I enjoyed my stay here. Loved the design and location also.
