"Staff was super friendly and helpful! Hotel is shiny new and located just steps from Namba Station, Namba City and Namba Parks, making it extremely convenient. Also a short walk to 2 other metro stations, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and all the shopping (and crowds) you could want. Hotel is extremely clean, with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, ice water station and 2 vending machines with beverages and snacks, with guidance on how to mix the various beverages into delicious concoctions....
