"Jaime, was absolutely great. Informative on some immigration procedures, friendly and helpful when he could be. Was always available by phone and most days he would come by.
Only complaint is the hot water.
I understand the need to save money because after all this is a business but if it could last long this place would get 5 stars. Because of the hot water i can only rate it 4.8.

"Location-wise it was good as I was going over the boarder on following day. The room was clean but the layout was not very convenient. A power socket above sink did not look safe and some other things they could improve but it was a good place to stay. "
